What the contact form collects
- Your name and email address.
- Your organisation, if you give one.
- What your message is about, and the message itself.
We use these only to read and reply to your message. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
The bot check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. It loads only when you reach the form, and it never asks you to solve a puzzle. To make the check, Cloudflare looks at technical signals from your browser and connection, such as your IP address. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers what it does with them.
Where your message goes
When you send the form, your message passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and Resend, which delivers it as an email to our mailbox on Google Workspace. These providers may store or process it outside Australia, including in the United States.
What the website itself records
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your IP address is used for a short limit on how many messages one connection can send a minute, and we do not store it. Cloudflare keeps brief technical logs to run and protect the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your message in our mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Use the contact form and choose "A privacy request about this site". If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
